I booked in Bangkok Pinnacle Lumpinee hotel (27 May to 10 June) through Agoda two hour later I called Agoda to cancelled it because I found a better hotel location Agoda sent an e mail back with cancellation report, came back from my trip one month later I found out Pinnacle Lumpine hotel from Bangkok never return my $461.00 that hotel stole from my visa, Agoda received my complains but did nothing. Be aware!!!!

This attempt is more or less similar to Continental Light and many others conventional airline that try to fight with SouthWest. All failed. The unchangable of working culture will be the problem of cost effectiveness, thus , they will lose in the price attraction. Substandard service will also make people confuse about the service positioning of THAI. Hope this plan will not become realistic. Tragedy is awaiting.
